The second release from Ru Trip Community - "Imprints"! It includes both well-known crews that have already won their audience as well as very talented beginners. This compilation is quite
different from its predecessor. First of all it’s double! Its first part contains 16 choicest tracks. These are 16 songs proving that Russian trip-hop not only has the right to exist but is bound
to. The second part of the album is compiled of... remixes. Remixes of the same tracks made by the very same participants. But no one got to choose the songs he wanted to work with. Everything
happened in a promiscuous manner. Absolutely random picking gave all songs a new life. They gained an entirely different sound carrying the imprints of alternative musical vision. To make the
compilation even more extraordinary for maximum impression there is an individual booklet made for each track presenting the designer’s vision of it. Therefore each song demonstrates two
viewpoints on itself (the remix and the booklet) which illustrates the omnitude of Russian trip-hop.

Release notes

In this netlabel scene, today we can hear many tunes from Russia. Many artists and many netlabels - Russia is rich in musical talents. As you know, we have many Russian artists for techno, house,
ambient, IDM... of course, also nu-jazz or trip-hop. This time, a non-profit project for trip-hop and abstract hip-hop, Ru Trip Community visited Bump Foot. They brought us one compilation,
including promising musicians playing in these directions. 813 is also featured.

About Ru Trip Community

A non-profit project of 2 people, with the goal to introduce a broad audience of listeners with such directions as the Russian trip-hop, and abstract hip-hop. The project is less than a year old,
but has already managed to gather around it, nearly all the musicians of these directions, and a considerable Number of connoisseurs. Community emerged in the social network vkontakte.ru, but it gradually goes beyond it. More recently came the mini-site (ru-trip-com.ucoz.ru). Everything is done
purely community effort creators, musicians, and friends RTC - progressively towards young people who perceive music not in the form in which it is imposed on the media.
